Njivice is situated on the south-west coast of Herceg Novi bay in Boka Kotorska, Montenegro, with a view to the town of Herceg Novi and Orjen Mountain, on 42°26'05'' geographic latitude and 018°30'53'' geographic longitude.
It is a small and peaceful place without a usual flurry of the city. The sun here sets somewhat earlier than in Herceg Novi, which in itself brings about colder nights and opportunities for pleasant walks, sport activities, socializing or relaxation.
Owing to its microclimate, Njivice abounds in vegetation that is fascinating due to its exotic origin, diversity and beauty.
